So I found I just need to stay on the same sequence and organize all in just a sequence, which is a bit annoying.

Audio tracks don't keep on playing while recorded in real time as you change sequence. Audio Tracks don't show on track mute so there's no way to mute/unmute them according to bar quantise as midi tracks. So basically you can use Mpc as two devices at the same time, one as a sequencer/synths/samplers and so on, the other as a sort of audio quantised multi looper. you can assign all audio tracks to a sub and route the sub output to 3/4, so you can keep them separate to the main, using external effects just for the audio tracks. Also this is saved on the project and it's very good for performances. You push on the bar timeline, assign punch in and out to beginning and end of the sequence and you can push rec and mpc starts recording at the beginning of the sequence. The good side is that you can assign 8 audio tracks in auto mode and save them on the project, which is great for a performance.

I found some very nice possibilities and some other missing points with them, if I use them as real time audio tracks in a performance.
